I started with brownies that I made following the recipe on the original post. I chunked up a few Rolo's in the brownies before I baked them. When they were partially cool, I cut them into quarters, flipped them out on a plate and stuck them in the fridge to firm them up so I could crumble them easily. I was working on a bit of a time crunch.
